Urban squalor breeds monsters. A chilling story that touches upon a host of interesting subjects like fatherhood and loss, that knows how to build suspense and deliver some effective scares... and then squanders it all in a stupid twist and a third act that fails to live up to expectations.
Still worth seeing.
