Review of Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away (2012) by Alex A — 29 Dec 2012
The fact that the Beatles Helter Skelter gets played for a few seconds is befitting, since this film is all over the place: hitting upon O, Mystere, Love, Zumanity, Ka, and more. That said, the editing is quite good, our eyes are guided through strong focal points amidst a lot going on.
In the end, it's hardly a film that bottles a live cirque show experience, but there are plenty of moments to be amazed and leave with an appreciation for the human form and it's potential.
