Once again a director looking to make a quick buck stabs a great book series to death and guarantees that Hollywood won't consider making Cirque Du Freak ever again. Horrible writing, horrible depictions of the characters in the books, and they made up characters just to connect the crap plotline and make a couple references to the books.
The exact same thing happened to Eragon. Crap movie, never watch it.
