Review of Cinderella Man (2005) by Jourdan C — 03 Jun 2010
As much as I can't stand Renee Zellweger, this film kicked ass. Very inspirational and emotional. The story of Braddock and how he became a legend. Although I find the portrayal of Max Baer to be a bit upsetting, as he was not the kind of person you think he was (as seen in the film).
However, the film is based on Braddock, in which there has to be conflict and an antagonist. But nevertheless, the film has great performances. Not one of Crowe's best, but he does bring light to the film.
