Ron Howard's "Cinderella Man" is an inspiring sports movie that hits all the right heartfelt notes. This is mostly due to the very good performances all around. Russell Crowe is excellent in the lead role and all of the supporting work is also top-notch, particularly Paul Giamatti.
The movie is set during the Great Depression which makes it easy to root for Crowe's character. It's a great sports drama that stands out due to the great performance and soaring heart. It left me with a positive and motivated feeling that movies like this should.
