This is one of the rare occurrences where I couldn't help but forget I was watching a film. With every film I watch, I automatically catch every camera movement, every distinct execution of dialogue, the body language, everything.
It's just the way I like to look at film. For this one, though, I really had no choice to sit back and absorb it. I started to ignore the direction, the writing, and everything else, and just watched the characters.
Listened to their stories. Became a part of their lives. It was really quite a cerebral experience, looking back on it. A modern day 'Breathless'.
