This is a truly awful horror flick, but itâ??s self-awareness of itâ??s own campy nature makes it highly watchable. The actors play it straight despite the awful effects and ridiculous premise (genetically altered and ravenous homeless attack people in the city from their home underground), and because of that the film is a very funny and fun watch.
