I liked Carrie a lot despite the over the top ending. This is a bit like Carrie boy and friends and also like Superman. It was fine that they get telekinetic powers. It's fine that one of them is more gifted and is psychopathic and abused by his dad.

But they crossed the line if they also become invulnerable enough to go through walls and still be able to walk. This was Kal El against the other Kriptonians. The final ending is also a bit insane. We can take this film as a cautionary tales of what power and abuse do to the mind of the insane-enclined.

I believe that some people are better than this but the film would not be violent. It would not be normal for an american film, hey?
