My father used to read Winnie the Pooh to me when I was a small child. Christopher Robin will warm the heart of anyone who remembers the silly old bear. This is definitely a film geared more towards adults than at young children.
Ewan McGregor is superb in the title role and the animated characters are absolutely brilliant. This is a warm, pleasing, lovely trip back to the 100 Acre Wood that is well worth taking.
