Review of Christmas on Mars (2008) by Ginger C — 25 Nov 2008

I wish I could open my review the same way the movie opened - the most intense, jaw-dropping visual hallucinogenic sequence I've ever experienced - THANK YOU Uptown Theater for CRANKING the volume that night as well.

After that, well there's not a lot that can be said that would make very much sense without a few hits of LSD. Basically, Christmas on Mars is a complete cult smash. It is a movie that moves at a NON-HUMAN pace, sending out the message "DRUGS ARE BAD" in it's own special way, in a film that is undeniably made to be viewed on drugs.

SO SILLY! Can't wait for a second chance to see this in a theater! I don't recommend it to anyone except fans of Flaming Lips and drugs!
