Fun for the most part...but there is a good reason this has never hit the IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE level of a holiday classic.
Of course then there is the 1992 Made for Cable remake directed by Governor Schwarzenegger...if that doesn't help rate this as an unmissable classic, I'm not sure what does.
