Review of Christmas in Connecticut (1945) by Theresa P — 20 Dec 2008
This is a cute and fluffy comedy stanwyck made on the heels of double indemnity that has become a holiday perennial. babs plays a martha stewart type super homemaker, only she isn't. her hospitality is put to the test by a war hero (dennis morgan) and the owner of the magazine she writes for, played by sydney greenstreet.
there are some funny bits, including babs trying to figure out how to diaper a baby.
