Christmas loving employee at a toy factory dresses up as Santa and dishes out equal amounts of holiday cheer (handing out presents) and misery (killing). Police are adept at rounding up suspects dressed up as Santa but have a very difficult time locating a conspicuous white van painted with Santa's sleigh.
