Review of Chocolat (2000) by Joel A — 08 Jun 2014
A charming quaint film about a young woman & daughter who open up a chocolatier shop in the centre of town & turning certain religious people's nose up.
Juliette Binoche is charming as the store owner & Johnny Deep just lights the silver screen as The Drifter.
The film has a simple but effective story more effective is the beyond beautiful photography of some of the most beautiful chocolate creations known to man. A nice likeable film that's well worth the watch.
