Review of Chocolat (2000) by Angela V — 22 Feb 2010

"Once upon a time..." thus this movie begins nothing short of a beautiful fairy tale filled with chocolate and chili peppers. It'll "awaken passions" buried within us and a gentle reminder that "religion doesn't make it better" but understanding who include is important than that of what we deny ourselves.

I agree that it's okay not to wear "black shoes like all the others".
