Review of Chinatown (1974) by Carla H — 21 Jan 2015
Quite strange for actually having little to do with L.A.'s Chinatown other than the back story, but certainly as strange as the title setting. Ironically overflowing with detail even with such a basic script.
While it is barely suspenseful for so little action, it is suspense enough for a neo-noir aficionado.
