It's a tie between this and "Seed of Chucky" for worst in the "Child's Play" series. For what it's worth, "Seed" has a couple of stray thoughts in its head, just nothing too deep, and nothing worth making a whole damn movie over.
This is just a shoddily made, machine-extruded cash grab, a terrible late 80's horror movie gasping around in the early 90's.
