The company which created the Good Guys pieces Chucky back together to discover what caused the doll to haywire. Chucky is once again reborn and follows Andy, his former owner, to his foster parent's home.
The foster parent's have doubts about Andy's sanity and their ability to deal with him. Luckily Andy's new sister helps him defeat Chucky when no one else will.
