I simply cannot get into this series. I have never been very fond of the late-80's/early-90's wisecracking slasher genre. While I find the "Nightmare on Elm Street" series to be at least inventive in its best moments, I find these Chucky films to be dull, by-the-numbers body count flicks that can't even bother to give Chucky a sensible motivation.
This film has Jenny Agutter and Gerrit Graham in lead roles and it's still extremely dull. How do you manage that?
