Review of Children of the Corn (1984) by Don M — 10 Aug 2008
It felt like I was either watching a shitty student film or a really shabbily directed episode of Matlock. It seemed like they spent all of their budget on the big explosion at the end. And, I guess the only way to make corn creepy is to pan in on it really quickly with chanting in the background.
Pretty lame, and it was weird seeing Linda Hamilton in the typical helpless female role, as I usually think of her as her badass character in T2.
