Review of Children of the Corn (1984) by Heather M — 10 Dec 2011
For a good portion of the beginning of the film the subtle creepiness is enough to engross anyone. Is this because it's genuine filmmaking? Or is it because young children carrying scythes and axes while spouting Hell Fire and Damnation is just disturbing? At any rate it's generally good, slow buildup never pays off and you will be sorely disappointed that you sat through 93 minutes of complete crap.
