Review of Children of Men (2006) by Adriel L — 06 Aug 2012
It's powerful, meditative along the likes of Tarkovsky, and gripping, and with a lot of depth too. It's an entertaining dystopian, science-fiction work and at times it is beautiful, thanks to the talented hand of Alfonso Cuaron, who seems to have an adept hand at filming with melodrama and poetic vigor.
