Review of Children of Men (2006) by Damon H — 11 Nov 2012
A beautiful philisophical film with an outstanding all star cast. Although Michael Caine steals the show as a political philosopher who is now a retired pot grower. New comer to American cinema, Chiwetel Ejiofor, gives an excellent performance as a Fish rebel leader.
The real stars of this film though, are the sets and cinematography. Features some of the best long take camera work I've seen since Slacker. A film that can't be missed.
