An astonishing achievement of breadth and power, "Children of Men" is a masterpiece of worldbuilding, while tapping beautifully into rich human longings and emotions. Alfonso Cauron directs several scenes of unmatched power and impact.
Every second is utterly engrossing and enrapturing. A beautiful meditation on life, and easily the greatest post-apocalyptic story ever put to film. A must watch.
