Review of Children of Men (2006) by Rynn R — 04 Feb 2016
"Children of Men" is a triumph of living and breathing dystopia propelled by amazing cinematography and directing (two single-take action scenes are breathtaking in their virtuosity and intensity) and an excellent cast.
The texture and immediacy of the filmmaking channel past and present atrocities in rendering a powerful fable of hope and despair.
