If you love Latin jazz, dance, and the arts, you'll love this movie of star-crossed lovers. Chico & Rita's characters could have been fleshed out a bit more to create a deeper chemistry between them.
And the animated expressions could have been a little more nuanced to bring out more life and emotion. But overall, it's an exceptionally satisfying feature length animation.
