Review of Chicago (1927) by Seth M — 12 Jul 2010
First of all Rob Marshal is an amazing director. WHAT A GREAT FILM. Catherine Zeta-Jones is FANTASTIC. Though no one can even come close to being better then her in the movie, Renée Zellweger still puts on a "shockingly" good performance.
The music was better then the Revival and Original Cast Albums...plus just a better thing to watch. Sorry. They cut out the right songs, and just created a great movie. One of the BEST "musical to movie" moives.
Richard Gere also does a great job. Although I can't not mention Queen Latifah and John C. Reilly....AMAZING, as well. SUCH A GOOD MOVIE. SEE IT!
