Review of Chernobyl Diaries (2012) by Cade H — 19 Oct 2013
Chernobyl Diaries was your typical story of a group of friends on vacation in a foreign country and they get caught in a bad situation and things go south from there. The location it all took place in was cool, a deserted city that was left behind after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
There were plenty of scary, creepy moments and the camera work at times really added to the movie. Some parts seemed a little rushed or thrown together without much thought and the ending was not what I expected or really wanted and it was slightly disappointing.
This one was good enough to give me the chills I was looking for but it could have been a lot better.
