Review of Chernobyl Diaries (2012) by Matt A — 16 Nov 2012

It was going so well until the character Yuri gets killed off, oh sorry was that a spoiler, well you wont care much. The characters are bland and One Dimensional and the improvised dialogue is just painful.

The film does however have some excellent views of Chernobyl (or Im guessing an elaborate set, not sure how filming on location wouldve worked) The fact you do not see the people much is really irritating as I would like to see the fallout victims in a lot more detail and how the radiation has effected them.

But even more annoying is that damn ending! Too abrupt and just plain mean! No one got out alive, oh no another spoiler! Whoops! :-).
