Review of Che: Part One (2008) by Jacob G — 14 Nov 2011
As someone who knew basically nothing of Guevara prior to watching this, the first 40 minutes or so were really confusing. But once I recognized what was going on, things feel into place and what emerged was a compelling 2-hour film that was really more about the Cuban Revolution than Che himself.
Great acting performances, particularly by Del Toro.
