I originally saw this at the 2008 film fest, and recently watched it again. It's a really well done movie outlining Che's involvement in the Cuban Revolution, and his UN speech in the 60s. It also painfully shows how the Cuban people suffered under Batista, and makes it even sadder that Fidel became the very thing he overthrew.

Before watching this film, watch "The Motorcycle Diaries" which does a great job of showing the pre-revolutionary med student Ernesto, and what ultimately lead him down this revolutionary path.

I liked Soderbergh's style, especiallty in the jungle scenes, and Benicio is simply amazing as Che. He was born to play this role. Of the two parts, this is the better one.
