Review of Che: Part One (2008) by Teddy W — 22 Nov 2009
A fantastically bold film. Using Spanish as well as English and documentary footage, Soderbergh takes the time to contextualise the man to the historic events of the day. Del Toro is very convincing as Che, he really has surpassed himself in a far more challenging role than perhaps many would think him capable.
I am really looking forward to seeing part two!!
