Review of Che: Part One (2008) by Cindy A — 24 Jul 2010
A nicely informative film that seems to lack good direction. It is a telling film, just not an exciting one. Benicio Del Toro is excellent, as is much of the acting and effects. Prepare for subtitles! A worthy story that does pick up and improve during the telling.
Despite it's poor direction, it's an iconic film about the Americas and their struggle against imperialism.
