Review of Che: Part One (2008) by Richard H — 27 Jul 2010
At best this is an interesting historical account of the Cuban Revolution and the leadership of Che during this campaign. The film project is ambitious and Soderbergh has certainly made the settings quite believable but the problem is that it isn't exciting or does it feel truly compelling.
Why also does Che feel it necessary to join the revolution in the first place? It's simply good but not great.
