So there are some points where I lost focus and thought that it looked incredibly staged, but then I refocused on the dialogue and was swept away again. What a glorious, heartbreaking movie. There's so much in the words and speeches, a list of favourite quotes would be the whole script, dick jokes included.

So many beautiful, poignant expressions of love and hate and pain that are so perfectly real and true. Kevin Smith is a great writer.
