I hadn't seen this since it came out back in 1997. I remember then thinking how stupid ben affleck's character was and this time around was no different. but this film does a good job capturing the sexual politics of the late 90s pretty well I think.
it was a time of transition in the culture and this was a worthwhile contribution to that discussion. probably one of smith's better movies.
