Review of Charlie's Angels (2000) by Dustin M — 31 Jul 2010
I don't own many DVDs, but this is one that I purchased for the sheer fun-factor. It is clear that Drew, Cameron & Lucy had a great time making this movie (see the outtakes) and this contributed to some very funny, very light-hearted action.
Sam Rockwell was great as was Bill Murray and the ever-odd Crispin Glover.
McG made this movie more like a long music video and there is a priceless "Baby Got Back" scene with Cameron Diaz that is, for me, a classic.
If you see this movie, this is light escapist fun and not for the critical.
