Review of Charlie Wilson's War (2007) by Liam B — 19 Nov 2010
It's got a superb script, and a brilliant set of performances. The acting from everyone was Oscar-Worthy, and I found myself entertained througout the entire film. This was partly because of the pace, which shockingly for a Political film, wasn't too slow at all.
The downfall of the film I thought was the balancing of Comedic and Serious. There were points in the film where it was very blunt in its transitions from Comedy to Drama, and they didn't work.
