Review of Charisma (1999) by Jeremy W — 06 Jun 2007
Kiyoshi Kurosawa committed this film to celluloid long before environmental disaster was a burgeoning field of interest to the general public (it was written in the late 80's). This film exemplifies the existential questioning we all endure and provides cryptic answers that lie within the forest.
Because of this, the ending of this movie left me feeling cold--very, very cold.
