Review of Chariots of Fire (1981) by Matt C — 04 Dec 2010
Kind of required viewing for a runner I guess so I've finally gotten around to it. The opening hour at Cambridge is actually really good but the last section at the Olympics is just plain dull. It may be over-exposure to slomo and THAT theme music but it feels almost like a pastiche of itself.
