It is quite a shame this movie didn't live upto the hype that was built upon by several good people I know. I consider this the 4th best movie in 1981, behind Arthur, My Dinner with Andre and in first, Reds.
Quite a shame, because this movie had all the elements it needed to win more Oscars, even though I felt Reds did deserve Best Picture. Wrong year to make this movie shine, good movie nonetheless.
