Review of Chariots of Fire (1981) by The Critic ( — 11 Aug 2012
I've watched this movie several times over my life and it never ceases to grab me. It is by far my favourite sports movie. Part of this is of course due to the running, but it's more than just a movie about running.
Love the juxtaposition of Harold and Eric who are motivated to run for two very different reasons. Such a wonderful period piece and of course, who doesn't love that soundtrack?
