I like robot-related story and chappie posed an interesting concept. I can't say I didnt enjoy it. chappie's speech brought humour element. some characters are too unrealisticly stupid to my standard and unnecessarily dragged the movie a little too much to my liking.
it is by no means a ex-machina.
