Review of Chappie (2015) by Nigel K — 19 Dec 2015
Neill Blomlamp always tells a good story, this one unfortunately is a bit disjointed. Not Robo Cop, not Short Circuit, but touches of both. I couldn't help liking Chappie despite the fact that it never quite knows whether it's a science fiction shoot 'em up or a character study of how even 'bad' people have good inside them.
