Started out very poorly, but improved immensely. However, I couldn't get over how surreal this film felt; I was never able to get fully into it, it just felt so.. Hollywood. Plus, there were so many loose ends.

The film would seemingly always start to go somewhere, and then abruptly stop without really reaching a destination (the ending being such an example). Regardless, annoying as heck. However, the acting was solid and it was still an enjoyable film that was easy to appreciate, so thumbs up.
