If you like Akshay Kumar, as I do, you will enjoy the movie. The movie sets its intentional WTF tone quite early (e.g. with Mithun's kicks throwing Akshay all around Delhi). Once you get the tone, it's a fun ride all the way to the end.
Well-done references to old songs and movies add to the fun.
