Review of Chalk (2007) by Ray P — 04 Jan 2011
Mockumentary from Producter Morgan Spurlock ("Super Size Me") about the year in the life of a group of teachers at an Austin, TX, high school.
The film begins with the statement that most high school teachers do not last beyond 3 years in today's school system. This film shows both how inadequately prepared most of the teachers and school administrators are and matches that to the apathy and disinterest of the current teen generation of students.
Somewhat amateurish, but sends a message.
