Deeply felt and intelligent exploration of individual perceptions, both in art and in human relationships. Lovely, smartly written, and thoroughly beguiling, Kiarostami bewitches the audience with natural storytelling ability.
There is little actual story here, just an impeccably acted character study that gets under the skin and stays there.
