Review of Centurion (2010) by Richard P — 17 Dec 2010
Better than I expected, bloodier than most English movies, with well done battle scenes (and thankfully little if any slow motion). It imagines what may have happened to the lost Roman Legion, but for the most part is just a chase movie.
It's twist is that the chasee's are big Roman macho men, and the chasers are hot n sexy lithe damsels, whom the centurions are quite afraid of. Visually well done, although the story itself is rather ho-hum.
