Review of Centurion (2010) by Harald D — 21 Feb 2011
Centurion isn't breaking any boundaries, but it's a solid, gory Roman action flick that's never boring. Competently acted and well shot on gorgeous landscapes. Doesn't reach the giddy heights of Marshall's nasty first film, The Descent, but after the absurd, scattershot Doomsday, it's a step back in the right direction.
